Egg Breakfast Burrito

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese I used a Mexican blend
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tbsp guacamole
  • hot sauce if desired
  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium heat.

  2. Add the eggs and scramble. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 1-2 min to desired firmness.

  3. Warm the tortilla and top with cheese.

  4. Add the cooked eggs on top of the cheese.

  5. Add the salsa and guacamole and wrap.

  6. Slice and enjoy hot. Add some hot sauce to kick it up if you like!
